down the roadway. Upon a brief investigation, Kenneth Bishop was allegedly operating
a motor vehicle and had run out of gas. Kenneth is criminally suspended.

was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on September 4th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Criminal
DLS.
