06/28/2018 Officers of the Springfield Police Department conducted an undercover
operation. During said operation William Sleeper allegedly tried to buy narcotics off of
an undercover Officer. As such William Sleeper was arrested for the alleged-
charge of Fraud and Deceit for the attempted purchase of narcotics.
William Sleeper was cited to
appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, located in White
River Junction, Vermont, on 8/28/2018 to answer to the alleged charges.
