Summary of Incident:
On 06/29/2018 at approximately 0907 hours Officers
observed a vehicle pulled over on the side of Chester Road and the male appeared to be slumped
over the steering wheel. Officers gave the male Narcan and he was revived.
The male was
identified as Ryan Buckley. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and Ryan
was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected heroin.
Ryan was arrested and transported to the Springfield
Police Department after refusing medical attention. Ryan was cited to appear in Windsor
County Criminal Court on 08/28/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Possession of Heroin.
Ryan
was then lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on a Probation Violation.
