Summary of Incident:
On 8-10-2018 Officers were called to
the Springfield Plaza for a report of two females fighting. On arrival one female was located and shortly
after the second was located. Both alleged that the other initiated the
fight. Both subjects were arrested for allegedly fighting in the Plaza.
Quinlan
was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 10-9-2018 to answer to
the alleged charge of Disorderly
Conduct.
