Summary of Incident:
On 08/15/2018 Officers made
contact with a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Penguin Mart. Stephen
Hill was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle. A search of the occupants and the vehicle
was conducted. It was discovered that Stephen had an active arrest warrant for
Sales of Fentanyl. Upon searching Stephen, he was found to be in possession of suspected
heroin and a controlled substance. Stephen was arrested and transported to the
Springfield Police Department for processing.
Stephen was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal
Court on October 9th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charges of Possession of Heroin and Possession
of a Controlled Substance.
Stephen was then lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
