Summary of Incident:
On July 26, 2018 at 0513 hours Ofc. Neily stopped a
reported stolen vehicle on Orchard Lane in Springfield. ODonnell was a passenger in the
vehicle. When asked to identify himself, he gave an alias name and date of
birth.
Once his true identity was learned, it was found that ODonnell had an
outstanding arrest warrant for failing to have appeared in court. ODonnell was
placed under
arrest on the warrant and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility. He
was issued a citation
to appear at a later date for allegedly providing false information to police.
