Summary of Incident:
On July
20, 2018 a complaint was made against Murphy of threatening behavior towards a subject while on Factory Street in Springfield.
The ensuing investigation resulted in cause for a citation to be issued to Murphy for Disorderly
Conduct. Murphy was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit November 20, 2018 to
answer to the alleged charge of Disorderly Conduct.
