Summary of Incident: On October 21, 2018 the Vermont State
Police issued an alert to Be On the Lookout
(BOL) for a vehicle that was allegedly operating erratically and failing to maintain it's lane position. I located
the described vehicle and it was allegedly exceeding the posted speed limit. Upon making contact with the
operator, he allegedly displayed signs
of alcohol impairment. He was taken into custody and processed for DUI.
Taylor was cited
to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 11/6/18 to answer to the
alleged charge.
