Officers made contact with Justin Farnsworth who was acting suspicious while leaving Jake's Market on Clinton Street. A
search of Justin was conducted and items
from the market were located that were allegedly stolen. Justin was issued a citation for Retail Theft appear at a later date.
Justin was cited to appear in
Windsor Country Criminal Court on December 4th, 2018 to answer to the
alleged charge of Retail Theft.
