Summary
of Incident: On August 17, 2018, officers responded to a reported fight at the Penguin Mart/Dunkin Donuts located on Clinton
Street.
Investigation revealed that Mooney
and Briggs allegedly engaged in a fight causing injuries to each other. In addition Mooney allegedly trespassed by going into
an "employee only" area of Dunkin Donuts. McCarthy-Clark later arrived at the scene and allegedly engaged
in a shoving match with Mooney in the parking lot.
All three
subjects have been cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 11/20/18 to answer to the alleged charges.
