Summary of Incident:
On October 7, 2018 at
approximately 0158 hours Springfield Police checked a parking area at the North Springfield
Dam where illegal activity is known to take place.
Upon checking a vehicle in the
parking lot it was found to be occupied by Daniels and a male subject.
Routine checks on
both revealed that Daniels was on Conditions of Release from court. One of her
conditions is that she not have contact with the male that she as in the car
with.
Daniels was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on November 13, 2018 to answer to
the alleged charge of Violation of Conditions of Release. After being processed at the Springfield
Police station she was released on the citation to appear.
