Summary of Incident:
On 11/23/2018 at approximately 0024 hours I was dispatched
to 123 Olive Street in Springfield, VT for the report that a male had been assaulted. After
speaking with the victim, they advised that the defendant allegedly punched them in the face
causing an abrasion to the inside of the victim's upper lip. The defendant was
located and arrested on the alleged charge of Domestic Assault. The defendant,
Tiffany Morgan was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on
11/26/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Domestic Assault.
