Summary of Incident: On
10-29-2018 at approximately 1400 hours the Springfield Police Department received a report of an alleged
erratic operator. Upon investigation Mary Grace Benjamin was taken into custody for alleged DUI, Resisting Arrest and
VCOR.
Benjamin
was then released to the custody of the Vermont Department of Probation and
Parole. Benjamin was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal
Division, Windsor Unit on November 13, 2018 at 0800 hours to answer to
the alleged charges.
