Summary of Incident:
On
12/20/2018 at approximately 2053 hours I was dispatched to the area of 175 Main
Street, North Springfield, VT for the report of a rollover motor vehicle crash
with no injuries. Upon arrival I was
met by the defendant who, upon further investigation, was found to be allegedly
operating the motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.
The defendant
was cited to appear in Windsor
County Criminal Court on 01/08/2018 at approximately 0800 hours to answer to
the alleged charge of Driving Under
the Influence.
