Summary of Incident:
On 09/14/2018 at approximately
1104 hours I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Springfield Police Department
to speak with a subject about an alleged home improvement fraud. After further
investigation, it was found that the defendant, Robert Soldo, was in a written contract with the complainant
for a barn relocation project.
Soldo allegedly received $8,000 and did not complete the project
and did not repay the complainant.
Soldo was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court
on 02/12/2019 to answer to the alleged charge of Home Improvement Fraud.
