12/24/2018 at approximately 1117 hours Officers conducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle on Charlestown Road. Megan
Metcalf was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle Megan was found to allegedly be in
possession of heroin and a controlled substance. Megan was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on
02/26/2019 to answer to the alleged charges of Possession of Heroin and
Possession of Narcotics x2.
