Summary of Incident:
Complainant
reports hiring Castricone (DBA Vermont Vinyl) to replace gutters at his home in
Springfield. Complainant alleges that
after paying Castricone fifty percent as down payment the work was never done and no refund was ever made
to him for the down payment.
Contract was signed in early April of 2018
and as of the date of complaint, November 11, 2018 no work or refund had been
done or made.
Castricone
was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on May 7, 2019 to answer
to the alleged charge of Home
Improvement Fraud.
