Summary of Incident:
On 04/16/2019 at approximately 1425 hours I was dispatched
to 1 Union Street for the report that the victim had been assaulted by the defendant. After
speaking with the victim, they advised that the defendant had allegedly strangled them causing
red marks to the right side of the victim's neck, and shoulder area.
The defendant was
located and arrested on the alleged charge of Domestic Assault. The defendant, Lawrence Daniels
was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 04/17/2019 to answer to the alleged
charge of 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault. Daniels was
subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500.00 cash or
surety bail.
