of Incident:
On
04/10/2019 at approximately 0944 hours the defendant's vehicle was stopped on
River Street by the Mobil Gas
Station. The operator was identified as Joshua Macey who I knew to be
criminally suspended A check of his license status found his Vermont driver's
license/privilege to drive was
allegedly under suspension. Macey was taken into custody for Criminal DLS. Macey was cited to appear in Windsor County
Criminal Court on 06/04/2019 to answer to the alleged charge of Criminal
DLS.
