Summary of Incident:
The Springfield Police Department received a call
from a concerned citizen reporting that Jessie Ryan was allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of
alcohol. The vehicle description was
given and officers were able to locate the vehicle traveling south at the intersection of VT RT 106 and Orchard Lane.
The
vehicle was stopped and after field tests were conducted, Ryan was taken into custody without incident for allegedly
operating a motor vehicle while
under the influence of alcohol.
Ryan was cited to
appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on April 16th, 2019 at 0800 to answer to the alleged charge of DUI.
