Summary of Incident:
On
04/26/2019 at approximately 1816 hours Officers conducted a traffic stop on
South Street. Desiray Bemis was
allegedly the operator of the vehicle. A search of Desiray and her vehicle was conducted and Desiray was found to be in
possession of suspected heroin and suspected bath salts.
Desiray was cited to
appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 06/18/2019 to answer to the alleged charges of Possession of Heroin and
Possession of Bath Salts.
