Summary of Incident:
On April 10, 2019 in the early morning hours the temporary bridge at the
construction project located on Chester Road was struck, causing damage to the
equipment there. Investigation
revealed the Rowe was the alleged operator of the vehicle that struck the equipment.
Rowe was cited to appear in
Windsor County Criminal Court on 7/9/19 to answer to the alleged charge
of LSA.
