OF INCIDENT: On 04/06/2017 at approximately 1745 hours Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle
on Clinton Street by the Penguin Mart. A search of the vehicle was conducted and the operator,
Yana Belova, was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected heroin and cocaine.
Yana was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing and was issued a citation for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Heroin to appear on May 30 at Windsor Count Criminal Court
