On
August 30, 2017 at approximately 2155 hours Springfield Police stopped a vehicle on
Reservoir Road for a defective equipment violation. The operator, Timothy Whitcher, was found to
be operating on a suspended license. Further it was determined that Whitcher
was criminally suspended as the result of a previous DUI conviction.
Whitcher was processed and issued a
citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on October 24th to answer to the alleged
violation of Driving after License Suspension.
