Defendant: Brooke Goodwin, 19, Springfield, Vermont
Officer's responded to the
Bank Block parking lot on Main Street for a motor vehicle accident with the offender
leaving the scene. Witness to the event obtained a
registration number as well as driver identifiers.
Police canvassed the area
and located the vehicle at a business on River Street. Police allegedly watched
Goodwin and
another female checking the vehicle over in the area the damage was on the
vehicle and she allegedly was
witnessed being seen wiping down the area of the motor vehicle collision damage.
When contact
was made with her she denied doing so.
Goodwin was cited and released to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on October 24th to answer to the alleged charges.
