On
February 12, 2018 at 2313 hours Shattuck was pulled over on Charlestown Road
for an equipment violation. The
officer detected an odor of alcohol and requested Shattuck perform field
sobriety exercises. Indicators of impairment were observed and Shattuck was
arrested on suspicion of operating under the influence. Shattuck and her infant child
were transported to the Springfield Police Department.
Shattuck
was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on February 27, 2018 to
answer to the alleged charge of operating under the influence.
