On 03/04/2018 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle on Merrill Street. Joseph Cobb was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle. A search of
the occupants and the vehicle was conducted. Joseph was found to be in possession of suspected
cocaine and a
controlled substance.
Joseph was arrested and transported to the Springfield
Police Department
for processing. Joseph was issued a citation for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of a Controlled
Substance to appear at a later date.
Joseph was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on March
5th, 2018 to answer to the
alleged charges of Possession of Cocaine and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
