Officers were asked to respond to the Springfield Plaza
for a report that a male subject was allegedly yelling and swearing at patrons. On arrival
several witnesses allegedly identified the male subject as Christopher Merritt. Merritt was
taken into custody with out incident.
Merritt was cited to
appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on May 1st, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of disorderly conduct.
