Summary of
Incident: On 04-28-2018 at approximately 2213 hours Springfield Police
conducted a motor vehicle stop for an
alleged minor motor vehicle infraction. Upon investigation Joseph Blanchard was taken into custody for alleged
impeding a law enforcement officer, simple assault on a law enforcement
officer and aggravated disorderly conduct.
Blanchard was cited to appear in
Windsor County Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on April 30, 2018 at 1230 hours to answer to
the alleged charges and subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or surety
bail.
