responded to the Springfield Homeless Shelter for a report of vandalism to the front door.
Upon arrival, video surveillance footage was reviewed and a male subject forcibly threw the
front door open twice causing it to crack. The male subject was allegedly
identified as James Dyer.
A check of pending court
cases found that Dyer was allegedly on Conditions of Release. He allegedly violated his
Conditions of Release due to the alleged above actions.
James Dyer (DOB 10-01-1987) was cited to appear in Windsor
County Criminal Court on June 12, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of
Unlawful Mischief and Violation of Conditions of Release.
