Summary of Incident:
On
June 5, 2018 Officer Moriglioni was at 242 Town Farm Road, Springfield, Vermont
on a different call for service. It is alleged that as he was walking back to
his cruiser, he observed a female
subject he knows at Jodi Crawford drive right by him, within feet of his
location.
Officer Moriglioni was
able to quickly follow Crawford and allegedly saw her walking from the same vehicle that passed him.
She was allegedly the
only one in the vehicle. A check of her DMV record indicated she was
criminally suspended.
Crawford was cited to appear in Windsor County
Criminal Court on July 31, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of
Driving While Criminally Suspended. .
