Summary of
Incident:
On various occasions during the early part of April, Officers
responded to the
Shanghai Gardens on two separate days, The Springfield Moose Lodge, the
Springfield Town
Hall as well as a residence to investigate thefts from each.
It is alleged that
at one of the scenes
there was some DNA evidence left, and from the larceny of the residence, there was
a potential
suspect. Given the proximity of the locations and the suspect's alleged
location, he was notified.
It is alleged that the subject agreed to speak with the police about the
incident and allegedly provided a full confession and explicit details about
his involvement in the above incidents.
