On above date and time, officers responded to Elm Hill for a report of a vehicle parked on
a lawn with a female subject hollering and screaming. Investigation revealed that
the defendant had allegedly operated the vehicle to the residence while under the
influence of alcohol.

Windsor Country Criminal Court on 8/21/18 to answer to the alleged charge(s).
