Summary of Incident:
On June
5, 2018, a chainsaw was reported stolen. It was believed to be taken late in 2017 and just recently
discovered. Investigation revealed that a juvenile allegedly stole the saw and traded it to
Capron, who later sold it.
The juvenile with be charged with petit larceny for allegedly
taking the saw. Capron will be charged with possession/sale of stolen property for his
role in the alleged crime.
Capron was cited to appear in
Windsor Country Criminal Court on October 2, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge.
Juvenile will be cited to appear in Windsor County Family
Court on October 3, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge.
