of Incident:
Springfield Police observed Nathan Heist riding a bicycle on River
St. and had knowledge of an alleged
active arrest warrant. Upon investigation Heist was taken into custody
for the alleged warrant.
Heist was subsequently lodged at
Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $30,000 cash or surety bail. Heist was issued a citation to
appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on 09-20-2018 at 1230 hours to answer to the
warrants.
Heist has since been remanded back to Southern State Correctional Facility after arraignment.
