Summary of Incident:
On 09/15/2018 at approximately
1800 hours the defendant was threatening and harassing the victim via text
messages. The victim who was being harassed blocked the defendant and the defendant used another account
on Facebook and continued to harass the victim. The defendant then started texting the
persons direct phone number and drove by the victim's residence yelling out of her vehicle. Rogers was
cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 10/30/2018 to answer to the alleged
charge of Disorderly Conduct by Electronic Device.
