On September 22, 2018 at 1931 hours Runnells was
stopped for a motor vehicle violation.
Defective exhaust system. A routine license check indicated that Runnells privilege to operate a motor vehicle in Vermont
was currently under suspension.
Runnells
was taken into custody on the alleged charge of Driving after License Suspension (DLS). She was transported to the
Springfield Police station where she was processed and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court,
Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on
November 13, 2018. She was then released on the citation to appear.
