Summary of Incident:
On September 15, 2018 at 1811 hours Springfield Police
made contact with Breed on Main Street in regards to a larceny complaint being
investigated. During this contact Breed was found to have an active arrest
warrant for her out of Sullivan County, NH, for possession of heroin. Breed was taken into custody
on the warrant. She was also issued a citation for Petit Larceny stemming from the original
reason for contacting her.
Breed was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor County
Criminal Division on Monday September 17, 2108 at 1230 hours to answer to the alleged charge
of being a fugitive from justice. Breed was subsequently lodged at Southern State
Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000.00 cash or surety bail on the fugitive charge.
Breed was also issued a citation to appear in
Vermont Superior Court, Windsor County Criminal Division on November 13, 2018 to answer to the
alleged charge of Petit Larceny.
