On
the night of 9/6/18, contact was made with Trey D. Slivka when he was allegedly
observed driving with two flat
tires. Investigation allegedly revealed reason to believe that Slivka was operating under the influence of alcohol. Slivka
was arrested and transported to the Springfield police station for processing.
He was cited to appear in Vermont
Superior Court, Windsor Unit, Criminal Division, on 9/25/18 to answer to
a charge of DUI #2.
