On 09/06/2018 Officers
were dispatched to the Kwik Stop for a report of a theft that had just occurred. Following a short investigation,
Charles Nourse allegedly stole two flashlights from the store. Officers
made contact with Charles who was just up the road. A search of Charles allegedly revealed two flashlights. Charles was
issued a citation for Retail Theft
to appear at a later date.
Charles was cited to appear
in Windsor Country Criminal Court on October 30th, 2018 to answer to the
alleged charge of Retail Theft.
