On Saturday, 09/29/18, Springfield Police conducted a traffic stop for a
motor vehicle violation.
Lowden was a passenger in the vehicle and is known to have an outstanding VT arrest warrant.
Lowden was arrest without
incident and transported to the Springfield Police Department. There he was processed and issued a
citation to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on Monday, October 1, 2018 to answer to
the arrest warrant, which
had been issued for a failure to appear in court.
Lowden was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional
Facility in lieu of $200.00 cash or surety bail.
