On 09/29/2018 at approximately 1318 hours I was dispatched
to the Brookwood Estates located at 2 School Street, North Springfield, VT for the report
that the defendant had burned the victim's jacket with a lighter.
One of the aides who works
at the Brookwood Estates witnessed some of the offense and was able to provide a sworn
written statement.
Furchak was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court
on 11/20/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Unlawful Mischief.
