On 10/04/2018 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle on Hoover Street. Terence Can was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle. Terence
had an active arrest warrant for Sales of
Heroin and was taken into custody without issue.
Terence was transported to the
Springfield Police Department for processing. The Windsor County Sheriffs Department then transported Terence to the
Windsor Country Criminal Court.
