Summary of Incident:
On October 6, 2018 at 2001 hours Springfield
Police made a motor vehicle stop for a stop
sign violation and defective equipment. The operator was identified as Gabert
and a subsequent check of her license status through Vermont DMV indicated her license/privilege to drive was suspended
criminally.
Gabert was issued a citation on scene for the alleged crime of driving after license suspension. Gabert was
cited to appear in Windsor Country
Criminal Court on November 27, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge. She was then released on the
citation to appear from the scene.
A licensed
driver was summoned to the scene and took over driving.
