INCIDENT: The Springfield Police
were contacted by a local store owner reference missing items in the
store. Upon review of video surveillance it was alleged that an employee was responsible for the missing items.
The employee was confronted and confessed to removing the items from the store without paying for them.
Ramos was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on January 8, 2019 to answer to the charge of Retail Theft.
