SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On
11-29-2018 The Springfield High School contacted the Springfield Police
Department and alleged that a student had been caught with marijuana on school
grounds. The student was later asked to appear with parents at the Springfield
Police Department where he was issued a juvenile citation for
the alleged offense.
The Juvenile was cited to appear in Windsor County Family Court at a later date
